How I work

Body and mind are one system. Most approaches miss that.

Therefore, most programmes work on the body or the mind and rarely both, almost never simultaneously. That’s why results don’t last. When the body is dysregulated, the mind can’t think clearly. When the mind is stuck in old patterns, the body stays tense. You can’t truly change one without addressing the other.

My work is built around this understanding. Every element we work on together: movement, nutrition, sleep, habits, limiting beliefs, emotional regulation, identity, is designed to work the whole system at once.

Discipline is not a cage

It’s the framework that creates freedom. When your structure belongs to you, built around your body, your rhythms, your values, it doesn’t feel like effort. Instead, it feels like coming home to yourself. That shift, from forcing to flowing, is what the work produces.

Most coaches work on either the mind or the body. I work on both simultaneously, because one without the other produces partial results. My background combines elite athletic training, executive coaching methodology and deep knowledge of female physiology during hormonal transition. In short, that combination is rare, and it’s why the work produces lasting change rather than temporary motivation.

It matters for understanding, but it doesn’t affect whether you can start. The work we do together begins with a thorough assessment of where you are right now: physically, mentally, hormonally and emotionally. That assessment gives us both clarity on what’s actually happening and what your body and mind need as a result.

Because coaching that works only on mindset doesn’t address what’s happening in the body and at this stage, the body is running the show. Hormonal changes affect mood, motivation, sleep, cognition and identity in ways that can’t be coached around. When we address the body and the mind together, change becomes sustainable rather than effortful.

Most women notice a shift in energy and daily rhythm within the first two weeks. Deeper changes  in identity, confidence and physical vitality, typically consolidate over the three months of the program.  My core work is with high-achieving women 40+ who are experiencing a life transition, whether that transition is primarily hormonal, professional, or identity-based. Perimenopause is often the catalyst, but the work goes much deeper than hormones. Women who work with me come for the body. They stay for the self-leadership.

I’m based in Barcelona and work with clients globally online. All sessions are conducted via video call, which means your location is never an obstacle.
